From PropWire Export to First Contact in Under 30 Minutes

A step-by-step workflow for turning a raw PropWire CSV into a scored, scripted lead list ready for outreach — using LeadBrief to skip the manual work.


You pulled a list from PropWire. Now what?

Pro tip: Pull a slightly larger area than your farm. You can always filter down, but you can't add data you didn't export.

Export as CSV. The file will look like a mess of columns — that's normal.
